Landscape Design & Install

Every landscape project is different, but most of our design and installation projects fall into one of the following investment ranges. Final pricing depends on the size of the space, plant selection, site conditions, access, irrigation needs, drainage, edging, mulch or rock selection, and overall project scope.

Basic Flowerbed Installation: $2,500 to $5,000
‍Includes a focused planting layout with shrubs, perennials, seasonal color, an optional small ornamental tree, fresh mulch, bed cleanup, and simple design guidance.

Mid-Size Flowerbed Renovation: $8,000 to $15,000
Includes renovation of existing beds, evergreen and flowering shrub structure, optional focal trees or specimen plants, mulch, rock, or edging refreshes, and improved year-round curb appeal.

Large Landscape Installation: $18,000 to $30,000+
‍Includes a custom planting design with large shrubs, trees, layered seasonal color, stone, block, or metal edging, premium mulch or rock, and full design-build planning.

French Drain (Drainage)

Price Starting at $3,500: Standard spec includes: Trench depth 18 - 24 inches, 4-inch NDS perforated pipe, Washed #57 stone, fabric wrap, Catch Basins, Pop-ups Backfill, grade, and cleanup.

Options Add-ons: Connect to Downspouts, sump pump assist, sod/bed restoration.

Outdoor Lighting (Design & Installation)

Entry Level System: Starting at $3,500. Includes pathway lights or uplights, a low-voltage transformer, wire trenching and burial, and final aim, focus, and programming.

Mid-Level System (Most Popular): Starting at $8,500. Includes pathway, uplight, or hardscape lighting, a low-voltage transformer, low voltage wire installation, and final aim, focus, and programming.

High-End System: Starting at $17,500. Includes multi-area lighting design, transformer setup, 1,000+ feet of wire as needed, and final aim, focus, and programming.

Optional Add-Ons: Step lights, bistro/catenary, color-changing scenes, smart home integration.

Commercial Maintenance (HOAs)

‍Monthly Plants Start At $350: Includes Weekly mowing, bed care, seasonal color, pruning, irrigation monitoring, litter pickup, owner-level QA, storm response options. Count on us for 12-month service—complete lawn and flower-bed care for your property or business.

Optional: Snow & ice management, seasonal décor, enhancements, tree care, irrigation repairs.
